Sunoco Pipeline LP (SPLP) (OR19-25) filed a petition for a declaratory order (DO) with the Commission June 3, seeking approval for the priority service, tariff, and rate structure and terms of service for its Mariner East Expansion to create additional pipeline capacity to transport ethane from Houston, Pennsylvania, to the Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals L.P. Terminal in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, and Claymont, Delaware (SPMT Terminal).
