Record breaking show:Norway sets the bar high with impressive display of industry innovation

THE world's biggest aquaculture exhibition, Aqua Nor, attracted record crowds this August, up 30 per cent on the previous show in 2015. Over four days, some 27,110 visitors flocked to see the latest products and services on the market, in a greatly expanded Trondheim Spektrum exhibition centre.The show had been sold out months before the doors opened on August 15, with a waiting list said to be over 100.A total of 600 exhibitors, representing 25 countries, showed their technology and shared their expertise at the stands. Extra tents were erected to accommodate the upsurge in participating companies, which included many new names, several from the oil and gas industry, and a focus on highly sophisticated technology.
