Recyclability by Design to Reduce Plastics Pollution

UK Plastics recycling charity, RECOUP, researched alternative ways to increase the recycling message, producing case studies for packaging of food and drink items which are generally consumed on-the-go and with the potential to litter. The Recyclability by Design - On The Go case studies examined how popular lunch-time favourites are rated for their recyclability capabilities alongside their potential to litter, bringing attention to the risk of plastic pollution from tear-off film wrapping and lids.
