The Edelmann Group confirms a contract for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Elanders Beijing Printing Co.,Ltd of China,an entity formerly owned by Elanders AB.The investment complements its existing production site in Beijing.”The acquisition of a second site in China is tremendously significant for the Edelmann Group as it creates a new hub for beauty care and consumer brands markets that we previously could not serve in this area.This new site strongly complements our global network and we are eager to see the new opportunities that are on the horizon,”says Oliver Bruns,Edelmann Group CEO.
