[Grapevine, Texas] Flooring America/Flooring Canada's (FA/FC) Con-neXtion Convention, held here at the Gaylord Texan from Jan. 15 to 16, brought together dealers from across the country, giving them tools and information to help them expand their businesses and drive growth. The company's leadership - Keith Spano, president, Flooring America; Frank Chiera, senior vice president of marketing and advertising, CCA Global Partners; and, Cathey Gundlach-Links, vice president of merchandising at CCA Global Partners - explained that while the team introduced new tools for retailers, including the "My Design Finder" and a new advertising agency, their main focus at ConneXtion this year was to remind retailers how to use the tools they already have available to them.
