UK blender and distributor Glasson Fertilisers is to acquire Bunn Fertilisers' Montrose blending plant and other facilities from Origin Fertilisers. The UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has made the sale of Bunn Montrose a condition of Origin's pur- chase of fellow blender Bunn from international trader Koch. No information regarding sale price has been made public.
