摘要

Over the past 15 years, the topic of endometrial scratching in patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) has remained exciting and controversial. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have provided conflicting evidence regarding the benefits of this technique, and its mechanisms of action are still widely debated (1). In practice, however, many fertility clinicians worldwide continue to use endometrial scratching as an add-on with the aim of improving embryo implantation rates.
