This article is the second of a two-part series on grain dryer maintenance based on a presentation by Randy Sheley, product specialist, GSI, Assumption, IL (815-342-1092), given March 27 at GEAPS Exchange 2018 in Denver, CO.Part one focused on preseason grain dryer inspection and maintenance ideas.Part two covers operational tips and adjustments, in-season dryer maintenance, and end-of-season shutdown.A native of Taylorville, IL, Sheley joined GSI in 1984 and became grain dryer product specialist in 2010.
