摘要

Dissolved oxygen (DO) and pH are key parameters for microbial fermentations and cell cultures. The importance of DO and pH for bioprocesses as well as methods for their measurement are taught to students in the bachelor (B. Sc. Biotechnology) and master program (M. Eng. Bioprocess Engineering).
