Each year, Chemical & Engineering News (C&EN), a publication of the American Chemistry Society, recaps the most exciting research trends in chemistry and look ahead. In its recent webinar, "Predicting the Biggest Chemistry Advances of 2019", C&EN's science editors Lauren Wolf and Michael Torrice hosted a discussion with a panel of experts. Editors from ChemRxiv (Marshall Brennan), Nature (Claire Hansell), and Science (Jake Yeston) shared their favorite chemical moments of 2018 and highlighted the trends to watch in 2019.
