We report the presence of a brown dog tick (Rhipicephalus sanguineuss.l.) gynandromorph collected inside a house in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. This work provides the first report of gynandromorphism in a tick from Mexico, and represents the third report of this condition inR. sanguineuss.l. in the world.
