IRELAND: Freudenberg Croup's medical business is expanding its catheter manufacturing facility in the Republic of Ireland, the German group announced earlier this month. The company will be investing ?9 million at its Car-rick-on-Shannon site, extending it by 45,000 square feet and adding four new ISO class 7 cleanrooms for contract manufacturing of minimally-invasive devices.
