THAILAND: Double Coin Holdings's plant in Thailand is operating at full capacity, able to produce off-road and radial truck/bus tires, according to an official of Double Coin's CMA subsidiary.Opened in mid-201 7 in LK-RICH estate in Rayong, the plant has the capacity to manufacture over 1.8 million radial truck tires as well as more than 50,000 OTR tires per year, he said.The facility is able to fulfil container-level orders, said the official, adding that products made in Thailand were not subject to the elevated antidumping/countervailing duties associated with tires produced in China.
