ITALY: Italian plastics & rubber machinery exports fell 0.6% year-on-year in the first nine months of the year 2018,according to the industry's main trade association Amaplast.The decline,though slight,is in marked contrast to the 11.4% growth in imports seen during this same period-linked to Italian government investment incentives intended to boost the domestic economy.The growth in imports,however,cooled significantly from the +26% achieved in the first quarter and the +23% in the second quarter,noted a 19 Dec Amaplast review.
