The Elco Corporation Announces Three Promotions

Tom Steib has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Manufacturing. Steib is responsible for the overall operations of Elco's Cleveland and Ashtabula, Ohio sites. His duties include manufacturing, logistics, environmental and safety for the corporation. Steib joined The Elco Corporation in 1993 as the Operations Manager. Dave Millin has been promoted to the position of Vice President Additives Business and Technology, responsible for Elco's sales, marketing, and technology. Millin joined Elco in 1996. He has served as Laboratory Manager, Production Manager, Technical Director and Business Manager. As Technical Director he managed research and development, quality control and quality assurance. Millin was appointed to Global Additives business Manager in January 2011.
