The search for the new ILMA Executive Director is well underway. Our recruiting firm has quite a few very qualified candidates and interviews will be taking place during this month. The Search Committee is confident in finding a formidable candidate. Through this process we have been able to see how well-respected our organization is. We have seen numerous candidates that are very enthusiastic about ILMA and what ILMA represents.
