A judge for the U.S.District Court for New Jersey has ordered OSHA to release its entire database on toxic exposures, including the amounts found, the companies where such exposures were found, and the code number of the inspector who made the finding.OSHA's database includes more than two million analyses conducted during the course of approximately 75,000 OSHA worksite inspections undertaken by the agency between 1979 and 2005.The court's decision has implications for ILMA members and their customers, especially in the area of metal removal fluids.
