CITGO Petroleum Corporation announced Dr. Nelson P. Martinez has become president and CEO. Martinez was appointed as chairman and member of the board of directors in May. He previously served as the managing internal director and in several other positions for Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA).
