The ILMA REACH Webinars are behind us.There is nothing like answering real live questions from concerned ILMA members to help clarify your thinking.Even though the guidance is unclear,Webinar faculty agree that the safest path for ILMA members wishing to preserve export business into the EU is to pre-register the chemical substances that exceed one metric ton (1000 kg) in exported products over the course of a calendar yeaY.This needs to be done by November 30,2008 - no extensions,no excuses.
