摘要

A country's economy depends on many factors, including exploitation of its environment - i.e., its natural resources. A wide range of rules regulate economic activities; and the job of establishing and enforcing these rules rests with the government.Economic law is a branch of law that regulates economic relations of a public nature of and between the government, its economic administrative agencies, its economic organisations and its citizens (Mbembe Binda, 2015).
