MMK chooses Paul Wurth for Blast Furnace overhaul

Russian steelmaker PAO 'MMK' (Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region, Russia) has selected Paul Wurth for the complete overhaul of its Blast Furnace (BF) No. 2 in 2020. After fundamental renewal and modernization, the BF will appear as a structure without a lintel ring. Paul Wurth will help MMK define the profile of the modernized furnace by considering the raw materials base and process conditions of the customer.
