ILMA President Testifies at the U.S. Department of Labor

ILMA President, and Metalworking Fluids Product Manager for Eastern Oil Company in Pontiac, Mich., Cathy Novak delivered testimony in Washington, D.C. on March 4 to a panel of representatives from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) at the Department of Labor. Her testimony on behalf of ILMA concerned OSHA's proposed rulemaking to update the Hazard Communication Standard consistent with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), and was a huge hit with pane! members and the audience.
