As of October 20,Chevron Products Company's Port Arthur,Texas,Lubricants Plant (which was damaged during Hurricane Rita) has resumed lubricant and grease-blending operations.Bulk truck,barge loading,filling and packaging capabilities have all been restored.Other repairs at the plant are still underway.
