Last month Pilot Chemical Company announced its plan to relocate its corporate offices and restructure its corporate man-agement.By January 1,2006,Pilot will relocate its corporate offices to Cincinnati,Ohio,where two of the company's largest plants are also located.Included in this move will be all executive,operations,commercial,technical,and finance and administration functions.
