There was a lot of hype when Tata Motors,India's largest manufacturer of commercial and light commercial vehicles,announced the 2,500 Nano at the recent Geneva Motor Show.The Nano has been the dream of Chairman Ratan Tata for more than a decade.After seeing a family of five,including a mother clutching a newborn,on a single scooter,he realized that a minor accident could kill an entire family.
