Apportionment for February crude fows will be 46pc on two major export pipelines out of Canada, equaling a record set two years ago. Canadian producers continue to face more pipeline restric- tions as the crude glut persists in Albertan hubs. Enbridge advised shippers that only 54pc of crude nominated for its 800,000 b/d Line 67 and 796,000 b/d Line 4 will be allowed to fow in February. This is the most severe restriction since 46pc was also hit in February and March of 2015, albeit only on Line 4 at the time while Line 67 was about 10 percentage points below that.
