Russia’s total green coke exports fell in July-August, as a rise in deliveries to Turkey and Kazakhstan could not ofset lower shipments to other destinations. Russia’s overall green coke exports slipped by 21pc year over year during the period to 132,000t, Global Trade Tracker data show. But although exports fell on the year for each in- dividual month, they jumped signifcantly in August to 81,000t from 50,000t in July. This was likely because of the 180,000 b/d Antipinsky refnery resuming operations in mid-July.
