A number of recent acquisitions and investments suggest big oil companies acknowledge EVs are not going away. Do the petroleum majors see the EV market as a threat to their core business, or an opportunity? Ten years ago, nobody in the oil business was taking electric vehicles seriously. Things have changed, however, and some of the big oil companies are now making moves in the EV space.
