Basic and applied psychoacoustics in France

This paper describes the major laboratories in which psychoacoustic research is conducted in France and their respective areas of exploration. It then proceeds to examine the teaching of university-level psychoacoustics in basic research and applied training programs, university-industry collaborations, and the main sources of funding for both basic and applied research in this field.
