Taking the logic of Eden etai , if we persevered with the manual sewing machine and did not invest in or use the electric sewing machine, we would not enjoy the wonderful tailored clothing or commercial merchandise that is available today. One must invest, investigate and deploy medical technology judiciously. The authors of this letter need to re-read the original article . Clearly, the 'take-home' message was not to declare that our described technique was the only way forward. Our intent was to merely describe a technique, never described before, which could be applicable in a given situation, such as the availability of the daVinci robotic system.
