DS Smith Appoint New Chairman

DS Smith Plc has confirmed the appointment of Geoff Drabble to the Company's Board as Chairman Designate and a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2020. His election will be put to the September 2020 AGM for approval in the normal manner and he will succeed Gareth Davis as Chairman on 3 January 2021 when, as previously announced, Davis will retire from the Board.
