摘要

A new Mg (II) complex has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and molar conductivity. The crystal structure of [Mg_2(L)_3(H_2O)_9]·L·8H_2O (L = N-p-tolysulfonyl-L-phenylalanine) obtained from methanol solution was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group P2_1, a = 9.5290(10) A, b = 45.040(4) A, c = 9.5662(11) A, β = 102.770(2)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0828, wR = 0.2021. The complex formed one dimensional chain structure by intramolecule and intermolecule hydrogen bonds. The antitumor activities of magnesium (II) complex were tested. The results show that the Mg (II) complex shows considerable antitumor activity against gastric cancer cells.
