Performance of 100 MPa High Strength Concrete

摘要

This paper investigates a high strength concrete that has a 100 MPa compressive strength and excellent fluidity and durability. It is made of the traditional materials and craftwork. The mixture proportion of this concrete that has low water cement ratio and low content of cementing material has been put forward. The mechanical performance test, such as the compressive strength test, splitting-tensile strength test, flexural strength test, axial compressive strength test and static elastic modulus test have been carried out. The physical performance tests, such as the electric flux, permeability and scanning electron microscope (SEM) have been implemented. The fire test has been taken to investigate the variation of compressive strength, flexural strength and splitting-tensile strength of the high strength concrete (HSC) after 500℃ and 800℃ temperature. The influence of different high temperatures on appearance variation and mass loss of concrete has been investigated. Through the SEM observation, the micro structural variation of the gel and the characteristics of performance variation of the high strength concrete, caused by fire, have been studied.
