Weather Information Modeling for Efficient Weather Information Services

摘要

To provide weather service through media, an SDK (Software Development Kit) and API (Application Programming Interface) should be provided to develop customized contents for the target platform. The former is a tool to develop services for each targeted platform, and the latter tailors particular weather contents for the target system. This paper aims to define independent service levels for hardware in a service development framework.
