Independent Component Analysis on Enterprise Fund-Raising Level in Operating Pension Fund in China

According to the regional social comprehensive development situation, this paper discussed enterprise funding level in operating pension fund in China, and established the corresponding index system. Based on the independent factors which were derived by the independent component analysis, the linear regression model of enterprise funding level was set up. Finally, empirical analysis on seven provinces data in East china was carried out, using independent component analysis to extract four "Independent factors" from social comprehensive development level index system, named as energy factor, social security factor, economic development factor, and comprehensive development factor, respectively. The result shows that the pension fund-raising pattern of enterprises is consistent, and coincides with the regional social comprehensive development situation in China. Thus, it can be concluded that it's now extremely urgent in reforming and improving fund-raising patterns of enterprise pension. Besides, this paper will provide helpful reference for China's establishing rational fund-raising levels by enterprises.
