摘要

The weighing system is mainly composed of hydraulic system, control system and measuring system. In order to analyzing the accuracy of weighing system 2 of large structure object, the principle and measurement section of weighing system for large structure are systematically analyzed, focusing on the linkages errors of measurement, which include the jack friction and the equipment errors in this paper. The derivative equation is employed to error analysis, including the fitting equation of the friction on the interior cylindrical wall is obtained from the experimental data of jack. Error analysis for the multiple 250 T jacks weighing system and the error value of each link had been calculated, it is important way to raise accuracy of weighing system.
