摘要

Ships' ballast water can be treated in different ways. This paper describes a physical sterilization method by utilizing UV irradiation of titanium dioxide (TiO_2) hydroxyl (-OH) in the photocatalyst device to achieve the sterilization effect. The UV is generated by a large number of high-power ultraviolet UV tube production, where the power is currently supplied by independent UV tube electronic ballast, resulting in many inconveniences in terms of use and management. A new control system is proposed by means of digital inverter, centralized power supply and centralized management, leading to reducing costs and improving product competitiveness.
