摘要

In the present paper, two-dimensional state dependent probabilities are obtained for two parallel server Markovian retrial queueing system. The primary calls and repeating calls follow Poisson distribution. The service times are assumed to be exponentially distributed. Explicit time dependent probabilities of exact number of arrivals and exact number of departures when the servers are free or when one server is busy or when both servers are busy for the system are obtained by solving the difference differential equations recursively. Some useful performance measures of this model are obtained. Numerical results are obtained and presented graphically. Also probabilities for busy system are computed and analysed.
