摘要

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the first resource of organization and become the most key strategic factor of economic growth. Knowledge workers have become the core resource of enterprises and the core object of human resource management of modern enterprises. How to effectively manage knowledge workers, explore, take advantage of and develop knowledge workers' creativity and potential, improve their working enthusiasm and cultivate their sense of responsibility and professionalism, improve and encourage production of knowledge and technology has become the first issue IT enterprises face. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of knowledge workers of IT enterprises, this paper proposes combined incentive mechanisms including contract incentive mechanism based on principal-agent theory, and non-contract incentive mechanism based on reputation model. We found designing a reasonable incentive mechanism can make the both sides not to take opportunistic behavior, and realize pareto dominance risk sharing and pareto dominance effort level at the same time.
