摘要

Nano-sized magnetic particles are increasingly being used across a wide spectrum of biomedical fields. Innovative biomedical research has produced novel applications that use magnetic nanoparticles. These applications have exciting clinical and research potential in dealing with both chronic communicable and non-communicable diseases. Such applications include: bioseparation, sequencing, diagnosis and drug delivery. The principles and utilities of these applications have been discussed here.
