A Class of Ideal Generalized Closed Sets

This paper introduces a new class of generalized closed sets in ideal topological spaces called I_(g_α)-closed sets. We also show that this class of closed sets lies between the class of I_g-closed sets and the class of I_(g_s)-closed sets. Further, the necessary and sufficient conditions for a set to be an I_(g_α)-closed set are investigated and the properties of I_(g_α)-open sets in an ideal topological space are established.
