Technology Transformation Risk Assessment Based on Gray Statistical Evaluation and Analytic Network Process Method

摘要

High risk in the technology transformation plays an important role in the scientific and technological achievements. The risk evaluation of scientific and technological achievements is necessary to address the conversion problem and take the reasonable risk prevention measures. Based on the basic process of scientific and technological achievements and transformation of risk analysis, a technology transformation risk assessment index system is made. The G-ANP Method, combined with the Network Analysis and the Grey Evaluation, is taken to evaluate the risk of the technology transformation. The network analysis (ANP) is taken to analyze the mutual influence and interaction of risk index with its weight; then the grey evaluation process is used to transfer the decentralized risk assessment information into a description of the evaluation of different gray level vector, and the comprehensive risk assessment values is gotten by the single value processing. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified by an application example.
