摘要

The precipitation method was used to prepare ZnO and Zn_(0.8)Mn_(0.2)O nanoparticles. To investigate the characteristics of samples, X-ray diffraction method, transmission electron microscopy and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy were used. To synthesize nanoparticles, different conditions were optimized. The results showed that the prepared ZnO and Zn_(0.8)Mn_(0.2)O nanoparticles have a suitable distribution. The surface area was obtained by the BET adsorption method and the maximum obtained was 152 and 160 m~2 g~(?1) for ZnO and Zn_(0.8)Mn_(0.2)O; respectively; which are considerable surface areas.
