摘要

Understanding behaviors of cellular activity is an important research issue for many biological applications. A problem in most existing tracking algorithms is over-, under- or mis-segmentation of cells. In this paper, a method for spatial tracking and logical correction with hybrid judgment is proposed. Experiments are carried out to show the validity of the method. The error rate is reduced to 36-38% of that by traditional methods.
