摘要

Effect of reversible thermochromatic material on wet chemistry, optical and physical property of anti-counterfeiting paper was studied in this paper. The results indicated that the adding of reversible thermochromatic material had no influence on the zeta potential, conductivity and pH of the pulp system, but it can produce negative influence on the drainage of pulp. When the dosage of reversible thermochromatic material increased from 0 to 1.5%, the opacity of paper increased from 71.8% to 82.3%; the brightness of the paper decreased from 82.2%ISO to 73.53%ISO and the tensile index of paper decreased from 63.5 N·m/g to 60.5 N·m/g. The reversible thermochromatic paper product had the temperature-resistant properties, when the paper was heated from 20℃ to 99℃ repeatedly, the paper could still change color sensitively. When the paper experienced the compressive stress as high as 80 kg/cm~2, there was no breakage to reversible thermochromatic material and the paper could change color sensitively.
