摘要

Using N-S equation of uncompressible viscosity fluid and k-ε turbulence model, the air-conditioning system and air flow inside the compartment of the coach with 4 sleepers compartment were investigated numerically, with the aid of the computational fluid dynamics code Fluent. According to the UIC553-1 standard of the International Union of Railways, the velocity and temperature fields of the compartment were studied, and results show the temperature and velocity distribution in the compartment measure up UIC553-1 standard. The temperature difference between compartment and corridor is 5℃, which measures up the UIC553-1 standard, and that shows the design area of the compartment return outlet measuring up the request. Therefore, the air-conditioning design of the coach with 4 sleepers compartment meets the demand. Using virtual simulation technology, combined with the international common criteria, this advanced design concept could be widely applied to the design of the air conditioning system.
