QUEUE with Postponed Customers

摘要

This paper describes an M/M/1 queueing model with limited capacity for buffer and unlimited pool size, in steady state using matrix analytic method. Several performance measures of the system are developed. Based on these measures some numerical analysis is done. The aim of the paper is to develop a model to provide the best level of service for customers in a queue with single server for reducing their dissatisfaction.
