Ryan Sees Short Conference On Customs Bill, Convergence On Duty Evasion

House Ways & Means Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI) late last week said he expects a "fairly easy" conference on pending customs and enforcement legislation because the House and the Senate already agree on the vast majority of the bill and have narrowed their differences on provisions aimed at combating evasion of trade remedy duties.
