Posted 7/19/2019 Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said he will tell a visiting U.S. House delegation on Friday to conclude the U.S. -Mexico-Canada Agreement's "approval process ASAP." "We fulfill[ed] the commitment to approve and ratify the trade agreement in Mexico," he told reporters on Thursday, pointing to the country's ratification of the pact in June. "We approved it first because we care about the bilateral relationship with the United States. So that's why I'm going to meet with the U.S. delegation on Friday."
