President Trump is again claiming a major trade deal is in the offing with China, just days before he is set to decide whether to impose another massive round of tariffs on Chinese goods. On Twitter Thursday morning, Trump announced the U.S. was "Getting VERY close to a BIG DEAL with China." The president has made similar announcements before, and claimed repeatedly that China wants a deal more than he does, but today he added in his tweet that "They want it, and so do we!"
